Royal Holloway Old Boys 4 Keens Park Rangers 4

The Old Boys 1st XI finished their pre-season in disappointing fashion with a 4-4 draw against Intermediate Division One side Keens Park Rangers at Nobles.

A sloppy first-half showing saw the Old Boys fall 3-0 behind, before Elliott Morsia pulled a goal back just before half-time. After some honest words at half-time and a couple of changes, the Old Boys enjoyed their best spell of the game pulling back to lead 4-3 with goals from Harry Cobb, Rob Attreed and Abdul Hassan. Unfortunately after the Old Boys again lost possession, KPR worked the ball well to score a late equaliser.

Credit to the players for getting back into the game, however we are well aware that a repeat performance next weekend will be severely punished, and leaves manager Stu Elliott with some difficult decisions in the coming week.
